I've updated my dome lights to red LEDs and wanted to do the map lights as well but those are fused to the board, not bulbs so only way I could think of to make those red is either use theatrical gels, placed on top of the clear lens, or try to cut new lenses out of red acrylic. WebMar 28, 2006 · Clean the glass surface of the bulb with mild soap and water to remove any oils. (I do not reccommend submerging the bulb in water.) Let dry. Dip the bulb in the paint, covering the entire glass surface. If you hold the bulb upside down, as it dries, it will tend to be a little darker at the tip of the bulb.

If you are talking about the cluster lighting, that is probably the hardest to get at, but everything is doable.
