Not only that I have efficient water system but - from what game tells me - I have unefficient sewege treatment. Well, as you can see in picture it is totally different. Pipes are not working! Add-on is unplayable (I tried disabling mods, reloading game, map etc.) WebRan the cache verification and disabled that mod, pipes returned. Reactivated the mod and pipes disappeared again.
