Named mobs now in revamped dungeons and generally all named mobs have a better chance for master drops. Though the revamped places (RE, RoV, WC, BB, SH, FG, etc) have better odds. Epics (raid mobs) have the best chance.
WebDPG is focused on pay 2 win. Last 3 expansions they have reduced master drop rate to insanely low, but don't you dare call them out on it, they get pissy and ban you from forums and discord.
