Yes, I have restarted the router already. Concern moved here for greater exposure to actual Comcast employees. Webhello, I need to schedule a repair technician for my xfinity internet. When I chat with the bot, it does not give an option to schedule a technician. When I call the customer service line, it immediately hangs up on me after I’ve given all of my information (tried 5 times so far today). Does anybody know what I need to do next? Thanks.
